Departments and Units

The day to day management of PSPTB is vested on the Executive Director whose main duties and responsibilities include assuming the overall leadership and general direction of the PSPTB in order to achieve organizational goals.

The Executive Director is assisted by three Directorates and five units respectively namely the Directorate of Professional Development, the Directorate of Professional Training, and the Directorate of Finance and Administration, Marketing and Public Relations Unit, the Information and Communication Technology Unit, the Procurement Management Unit, the Legal Unit, the Internal Audit Unit, and the Workers Council.

The PSPTB has staff establishment of 38 employees who include the Executive Director, 3 Heads of Directorates, 5 Heads of Units, 30 professional staff.
